Work is good and for once in my ‘Career’ I actually enjoy going in and looked forward to going back! I plan on starting to run at least once a week and also take up swimming and start climbing again soon as people are questioning my ‘Puppy Fat’!

I shall include my progress in getting fit in my future blog posts. I also have an iPod app so will be easier for me to keep this thing going. Not sure how much interest or feedback will be gained through this blog but I hope it will at times help me shift a load or just have something to rage at when required!
